Mr. Naresh Baldi - BE(Mech.), MBA(HR & IT) has ninteen years of quality experience in Textile Industry. He Has an in depth exposure to TQM, ISO, EMS, QC & HRM (HR training), along with technical expertise of weaving preparatory and weaving. He has worked with Century Textile and Industries Limited, Mumbai for ten years and then served Suzuki Suitings, Bhilwara as a Unit Head for one year (up to 2004). Then he worked as an independent consultant for Textile projects. He has completed eight sizing projects and also consulted two ongoing weaving projects for quality improvements. He has also worked as an HR consultant and management trainer with BSL Ltd. and ITM, Bhilwara.
